Currently, Narraify supports plain text (.txt) files. Simply upload your manuscript in .txt format, and our AI will automatically detect and split it into chapters. Support for more formats like EPUB and DOCX is on our roadmap.
Generation time depends on the length of your manuscript. A typical chapter (3,000–5,000 words) takes about 2–5 minutes. A full novel can be completed in 30–60 minutes. You can monitor progress in real-time from your dashboard.
Currently, you select one voice per book for consistency. We offer a variety of AI voices — both male and female — that you can preview before generating. Multi-voice support for dialogue-heavy books is planned for a future update.
